Are you walking through a season of anxious or depressed feelings, intimate partner violence, relationship disharmony, grief, or trauma? These difficulties can impact your life and cause circumstances which may at times feel hopeless. I will walk with you through your most difficult and challenging seasons of life – and work collaboratively with you as we cultivate hope for a bright future. I provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to tell their story and work collaboratively with them to evoke motivation for change, develop and work toward goals, and experience emotional healing.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Regina and I am a registered social worker in Saskatchewan. I am currently working toward my Master of Counselling degree at Briercrest Seminary. I have a decade of frontline social work experience including crisis response and counselling.
My counselling approach is trauma informed and incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, Person-Centred and Strengths-Based therapy.
